How I Work: In Person Or Online
I offer one-to-one sessions for individuals as well as group workshops, either in-person or on Zoom, using an interactive board (Cecitool) specifically designed for constellations.
Constellations can be facilitated using many tools including paper, miniture figurines, post it notes, people or jamboards.
Working online is just as effective as being in a room. Should you have any queries or wish to book a session with me, please do get in touch!
Monthly Online Constellations Circle:
When: Monday evenings once a month.
Dates: 25th March (more dates tbc)
Cost: €25 per session as a Participant
Structure: A grounding meditation, constellation exercises in breakout rooms and one constellation. Please contact me in advance if you wish to have a constellation done for an issue you which to look at.
Time: 7pm – 9.30pm (Irish time) / 8pm – 10.30pm (CET)
Intro Workshop – Shake off Stress, Re-energise and Wake up your body
Next date: Wednesday, 31st January
Time: 7pm – 9pm
Cost: €30

Online Intro Workshop – Systemic Constellations for Business
Date: DATE TBC
Time: 7pm – 9pm (Ire) /8pm – 10pm (CET)
Cost: €30
Structure: I will give a short presentation on how the systemic approach can be applied in business and organisations. I will introduce you to the principles of organisational constellations and you will experience this method in a series of exercises as a group and in breakout rooms.
